Head Dental Nurse
Head Dental Nurse – Exciting Leadership Opportunity at Homemill Dental Care
Are you a Head Dental Nurse or Dental Nurse looking for an exciting new leadership role in a friendly and modern dental practice?
At our welcoming Homemill Dental Care in New Milton, we’re seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a Lead Dental Nurse and work alongside our Practice Manager to help deliver the highest standards of patient care.
About the Role
- Position: Head Dental Nurse (Leadership role)
- Location: Homemill Dental Care, New Milton
- Hours: Part-time (33 hours over 4 days)
- Fixed days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays (8:15 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Occasional Saturdays (arranged in advance)
- Salary: Competitive pay from £15 (in line with experience)

The practice is a 4-surgery, fast-paced clinic where you’ll have the opportunity to work independently within nurse-led clinics, fully utilising your scope of practice to lead our team of nurses.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
- Previous experience in a lead or senior dental nurse role
- A caring and empathetic approach, with strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care
