Your Responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of dental care while leading your team and supporting clinic operations:

Leadership & Management:
- Oversee and mentor the Dental Nurse team
- Assist the Practice Manager with:
- Staff rostering
- People management
- Materials and stock control
- Training and development of Dental Nurse Trainees and Students

Patient Care Support:
- Collaborate with clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality dental treatments
- Ensure smooth clinic operations, contributing to a running efficient surgery
