Location: Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath, West Sussex Hours: 40 per week Salary: £14.00 per hour (£14/h, pay as you earn!) Type: Full-time

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper at Eastridge Manor, our dementia and nursing home in Bolney.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementing, and supervising all cleaning in the home, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels to support operational continuity.
- Conducting audits to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervising and supporting the domestic team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning—essential for this position.
- Desirable qualifications:
- Health and Hygiene Certificate or equivalent.
- NVQ in Housekeeping/Cleaning—an asset.
- Supervisory skills or experience to lead and support your team.
- Experience with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)—familiarity required.
- A commitment to pride in work, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents.
