About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper at Eastridge Manor, our dementia and nursing home in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.
Hours
- 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
- 7:00 AM–2:00 PM or 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Some weekend cover as required
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise all cleaning and housekeeping activities in alignment with company policies
- Ensure adequate stock levels for supplies and materials
- Conduct audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervise and support the domestic team to ensure excellent service
- Foster positive engagement with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents

Requirements
Essential
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (critical for this role)
- Experience and knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Supervisory or team-leading skills/ability
- Strong commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and resident care
- Health & Hygiene Certificate or NVQ in Housekeeping/Cleaning (desirable but not essential)
