Absolute Mx is expanding, we are going from strength to strength and as a result of this growth we need to recruit an outstanding Workshop Manager/Head Mechanic.

About the role:
The Workshop is at the heart of the business and instrumental in the company's success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the management team and help support our growth.
Working to a tight schedule you will ensure that we continue to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards. You’ll also be expected to ensure that all the right practices and processes are in place to ensure safety and enable further growth and maximise efficiency across the workshop.

What you’ll need:
- We are open to a wide range of backgrounds but a passion for all things motocross/motorsport/bikes/quadbikes is a must.
- Confidence and enthusiasm with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate a team.
- Experience in a similar technical role working with offroad /road bikes, quadbikes, pit bikes and or ebikes.
