ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As the Head of Academy Goalkeeping, you will be expected to:
- Document, track, and measure player development across the Academy.
- Use research and modern methods to help create a vibrant, progressive culture within the department.
- Evaluate all coaching sessions, documenting achievement of learning objectives or learning action plan for the next coaching session.
- Support the development and education of goalkeeping coaches within the Academy.
