Head of Account Management | Remote (UK) | PE-Backed SaaS
Kaliba is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business for a Head of Account Management.
This business has scaled profitably year on year, serves household-name enterprise customers, and is now investing in senior commercial leadership to drive the next phase of growth across its global account base.
The role
You'll lead a distributed team of Account Directors and own the full retention and expansion engine: renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and logo retention across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll be coaching deals, sitting in on customer calls, running pipeline reviews, and holding your team to a high bar every week.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Own NRR and GRR targets across the existing customer base
- Build and embed repeatable account planning methodology and commercial playbooks
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and data-led decision making
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier account management talent
- Act as a senior voice of the customer into Product, Marketing, and leadership
Who you are
- 2+ years leading ADs or AMs in a SaaS environment (not purely CS leadership). You've carried a team number and can point to how you hit it: forecasting accuracy, pipeline coverage, conversion rates.
- You bring enough gravitas to hold senior customer conversations while staying low-ego enough to get into the weeds with your team.
- You lead through metrics, not intuition.
- You challenge assumptions.
- You bring pace and intensity.
- Strong signals: experience in or adjacent to procurement, compliance, risk, or contract management software. Background with NetSuite or similar. Evidence of building or embedding a sales playbook.
