Company Description
The Quran Group is a UK-registered Community Interest Company that provides free online Islamic education to students across six continents. It offers daily live classes in Quran memorisation (Hifz), recitation with Tajweed, Tafseer, and Seerah, taught by qualified volunteer hafiz teachers. The organisation is currently developing Sannatayn, a structured foundational Islamic studies programme in Arabic, Tafseer, Fiqh, and Seerah, designed by scholars and delivered live, then recorded for global access. Supported by a volunteer development team and a transparent funding model, The Quran Group’s custom-built platform ensures that age, financial constraints, or limited time are not barriers to learning. Role Description
The Head of Admin is a volunteer and remote position, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of The Quran Group. This role includes managing scheduling for classes, coordinating with teachers and volunteers, and ensuring that student registrations, communications, and records are maintained accurately and securely. The role also involves responding to enquiries from students and supporters, providing a high standard of service, and preparing feedback for leadership to support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to align administrative practices with the organisation’s mission and values. Please note there are 2 roles available - one for the Women's side and one for the Men's side.

Qualifications
No prior qualifications are required, however, ideally:
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage enquiries, support students and teachers, and represent the organisation professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills to organise schedules, coordinate resources, and evaluate administrative processes for improvement.
- Candidates should have proven administrative or operations experience, ideally within education, nonprofit, or community-focused organisations.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with basic office software and online collaboration tools, along with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Candidates should show alignment with the mission of accessible Islamic education; familiarity with Islamic studies or community work is beneficial.
