ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired Education are looking for an ambitious Head of Admissions. As the driving force behind admissions, you'll shape the experience from a family's very first enquiry through to enrolment, onboarding and beyond. Working closely with the Head of School and our Central Marketing Team, you'll combine data, insight and outstanding customer service to grow enrolment, build lasting relationships and ensure every family feels welcomed into our community.

This is a target-driven role where your success will be measured by the growth of our admissions pipeline, conversion at every stage of the journey, and the overall expansion of our school community. Supported by Inspired's global admissions expertise and best practice, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while being recognised and rewarded through the Group's Admissions Bonus Scheme.

This is an all year round position based in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and drive performance across the full buying journey – Attract, Convert, Close and Delight – taking personal accountability for enquiry, visit, application, offer and enrolment conversion rates
  • Respond to all enquiries (phone, email, web, social media, walk-in) within agreed timeframes, capturing high-quality data to tailor the approach to each family
  • Organise private tours and Open Mornings with the Senior Leadership team, building rapport with prospective families, delivering consistent USPs and creating memorable, personalised experiences that convert visits into applications
  • Proactively follow up with prospective families using a structured cadence to move families through the pipeline and re-engage those who have gone quiet
  • Manage the assessment, interview and offer process in partnership with the Head of School and academic team, ensuring timely and personalised communication of outcomes
  • Take full ownership of OpenApply (CRM) as the single source of truth – ensuring enquiries, activity and pipeline stages are logged accurately and on time
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (lead volume, stage-by-stage conversion rates, churn %) to the Head of School and Central Marketing Team, using data to identify bottlenecks
  • Develop and deliver an annual outreach and admissions plan aligned with the Central Marketing Team's marketing plan, feeding back on trends, competitor activity and changing parent needs
  • Manage scholarship and fee discount conversations in line with Group policy, working with the Head of School to structure and route offers for approval, converting price-sensitive families without undermining fee integrity
  • Own the retention and re-enrolment process – identifying potential leavers early, managing sensitive exit conversations, and supporting win-back and Inspired sister-school transfer opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, agents, embassies and corporate partners to generate high-quality leads
  • Represent the school confidently and commercially when liaising with other Heads and registrars, positioning the school's unique value against competitors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
