What You'll Be Doing
Helping our clients grow on Amazon. Your work will allow these great brands to grow faster and more profitably with your leading and evolution of the advertising function across our client portfolio.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring advertising performance is consistent, scalable, and aligned with client growth objectives.
- You’ll define best practice, develop your team, and build systems that allow advertising success to be repeatable rather than dependent on individual effort.
- You’ll be taking over an existing, high performing strategy and oversee its execution across all clients and own its evolution and innovation across Display, Brand and Sponsored Product advertising.
- You'll spend some time making day-to-day optimisations, but more time improving how advertising is delivered across the agency as a whole.
- Working closely with Account Management, Creative and Leadership teams, you'll contribute to the overall Launched Amazon management strategy.
Who You Are
You’ll fit right in if you like to see great brands doing great things, and you take pride in helping them achieve their goals. You have a positive, open mind and a keen ability to adapt and problem solve. You enjoy solving complex problems with uncommon solutions. You enjoy coaching and developing others. You thrive under pressure showing both strategic strength and leadership.
- You're a commercially minded advertising leader who understands that great performance comes from strong systems, not just individual expertise.
- You have a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising and enjoy solving complex performance challenges.
- You're comfortable making strategic decisions, coaching others, and improving how a team operates.
- You naturally look for patterns, root causes and opportunities for improvement. Rather than reacting to problems, you build processes that prevent them from happening in the first place.
- You enjoy helping others succeed and take pride in creating an environment where high standards are clear, achievable and consistently maintained.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
