Head of Agency Sales - Commerce Media Platform - £80,000 - £90,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
The Company
My client is a fast-growing, privately owned technology business operating within one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising. Having already achieved significant global success, the business is now investing heavily into the next phase of its UK and European growth, launching an innovative performance marketing solution designed to help brands and agencies unlock new opportunities beyond traditional search.
With a highly entrepreneurial culture, no investor pressure, and ambitious growth plans, this is a rare opportunity to join a hugely profitable, privately owned, early-stage tech business with a proven product (all whilst benefiting from the stability and backing of an already successful and highly profitable international business).
They have recently made some statement senior appointments and as part of this investment, they are looking to appoint their first senior agency sales hire to establish and grow their agency partnerships across the UK, under the guidance of an exceptional leader.
The Job
Join as Head of Agency Sales, taking ownership of building agency partnerships across the UK.
- Drive new business across HoldCos and independent agencies, securing new commercial partnerships and growing revenue.
- Own the full commercial sales cycle, from opening strategic relationships through to commercial negotiation and long-term partnership development.
- Help shape the company's UK go-to-market strategy for an exciting new performance marketing proposition.
- Work closely with agency Search, Performance, and Commerce teams to secure initial testing budgets and drive long-term adoption.
- Report directly into an experienced industry leader with an outstanding track record of scaling high-performing commercial teams.
- Initially operate as an individual contributor with a clear opportunity to build and lead a wider agency sales team as the business grows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to influence future product development and commercial strategy.
- Hybrid working with a London office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
