You're the person your agency can't promote fast enough. You've been promoted quickly and your remit keeps expanding, but the leadership role you're ready for is years away where you are. We're offering it now.

What we do

creativehub helps artists and creators with large, engaged audiences turn attention into revenue. We run timed print sales ("drops"), audience growth, and long-term brand development for our roster, powered by AI systems that automate the marketing and sales machinery, so our people spend their time on relationships, ideas, and taste.

We're technology optimists with a simple operating belief: software does the admin; humans do the magic. Data informs every decision we make, but it doesn't create the vision; people who understand culture do.

We run state-of-the-art studios in Shoreditch, at the heart of London's creative community, with production facilities in Düsseldorf and Brooklyn.

The role

You'll report directly to the board of directors, lead the agency team, and own the numbers that matter: revenue, GMV, new business, retention, and the growth of every creator we work with.

You'll set the strategy, land the marquee clients, ship new ideas at pace, and build an AI-powered agency rather than inherit a legacy one. Over your first 12 months you'll progressively take full ownership of the agency's strategic agenda.

You will:

  • Own agency revenue and GMV growth against target
  • Win new business and grow revenue from our existing client base
  • Own client retention as we scale creators past the 5M-follower mark
  • Personally lead pitches to marquee creators, the accounts with millions of followers that define an agency's reputation
  • Ship strategic initiatives and new campaigns at pace, and measure their commercial impact
  • Drive the automation of agency admin and project-management workflows
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable the agency team; artist managers, account handlers, outreach and onboarding
  • Represent creativehub externally; industry events, the creator community, and the rooms where marquee opportunities start
  • Raise our creative and marketing standards to the level of the best standalone agencies in the world

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who we're looking for:

A fast riser from a marketing, creative, social, or talent agency hungry for more

  • Genuinely fluent in both performance and brand marketing. You've run performance campaigns you can describe in CPAs, conversion rates and ROAS, and brand work you can describe in positioning, storytelling and long-term equity, and you know when each mode wins.
  • Someone who has built a social audience and understands creator growth from the inside, not just from client decks
  • Proven commercial instincts: you've owned or heavily influenced revenue, new business, or client growth targets, and you want to be measured on GMV
  • A natural networker who can open doors and hold their own in a room with major creators
  • Excited by AI and automation as leverage, and impatient with manual work that software should be doing

What we'll offer you

  • Competitive Salary
  • A direct reporting line to the board of directors and a genuine seat at the leadership table
  • The chance to build and scale an AI-powered agency, not inherit a legacy one
  • A welcoming, ambitious team with a shared commitment to excellence
  • Skills, relationships, and a track record that could define the rest of your career

  • Include a link to your own social account if you've built one.
