Route 101 are looking for a Head of Agentic CX Engineering to lead and grow their AI, Conversational AI and Development capability. This isn't just about managing a team, it's about shaping the future of AI-powered customer experience.

The role: You'll lead a team of developers, conversational AI specialists and technical consultants, helping customers transform the way they engage with their users through automation, AI agents and next-generation CX technology.
You will have the opportunity to genuinely shape a rapidly growing practice rather than simply manage one.
What you will need:
- Experience leading technical engineering, development or Professional Services teams
- Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Agentic AI, automation or CCaaS technologies
- Be comfortable working across customer delivery, technical strategy and commercial growth
- To enjoy coaching teams, building capability and driving innovation

Salary and benefits:
- £85,000-£95,000 per annum salary
