Head of AI Strategy – European Subsidiaries
Position Summary
Why join our team?
We are seeking a visionary Head of AI Strategy to drive digital transformation and process innovation across our European subsidiaries.
In this role, you will:
- Define the regional AI roadmap, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Act as the primary bridge between Global Headquarters (HQ) and European local subsidiaries to ensure alignment on AI tooling, data security governance, and strategic direction
Role and Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Process Innovation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the European region
- Identify high-impact opportunities within business processes to leverage AI for cost reduction and productivity enhancement
HQ Alignment & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact with Global HQ regarding AI solution adoption
- Ensure European initiatives align with corporate direction and technological standards
Governance & Security Compliance
- Translate and enforce HQ’s data security guidelines and AI ethical standards across all European subsidiaries
- Establish governance frameworks for safe AI implementation

- Coordinate with regional leadership to drive change management and foster an AI-driven culture within the organization
Requirements
To be successful, the candidate must possess the following:
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy, or AI implementation strategy
- Strategic Thinking – Consistently design strategies resulting in measurable cost savings or efficiency gains
- Communication – Excellent command of English, with strong ability to negotiate and align goals between HQ and local entities
- Knowledge –
- Understanding of enterprise AI trends
- Familiarity with AI technologies
- Awareness of corporate governance
