Head of Alliances & Channel Sales – Meniga

We are hiring our first Head of Alliances & Channel Sales, driving indirect revenue growth as a critical part of Meniga’s scalability. This senior, quota-carrying executive role will build a strategic ecosystem—partnering with system integrators, consultancies, and banking platform vendors (e.g., Temenos, Finastra, Capgemini) to accelerate Meniga’s entry into Tier 1 banks.
About the Role
- Senior B2B sales and partnership leadership reporting directly to the executive team
- Commercial responsibility: Carry a partner-sourced revenue target, converting alliances into measurable ARR growth
- Direct involvement in sales motion: Start hands-on, then build a scalable partner programme and team
- Global and EMEA-focused mission: Align with Meniga’s SaaS platform strategy and expansion
The ideal candidate is a strategic dealmaker who transitions partnerships from isolated referrals into a high-volume revenue engine, blending executive presence with operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Ecosystem
- Define and prioritise 高效的合作伙伴类型 (system integrators, consultants, platform vendors) to expedite Tier 1 bank adoption (e.g., Capgemini, TCS, Temenos, BCG)
- Focus on fewer, deeper partnerships over widespread moπues—use data-driven prioritisation to maximise impact.
Partnership Development & Revenu[e Generation]
- Proactively source and close high-touch strategic alliances with commercial agreements (co-sell, referral, resell, embedded models)
- Master deal structuring: Negotiate terms and economics yourself, ensuring partnerships deliver scalable Financial performance aligned with Meniga’s SaaS growth goals.
- Achieve a partner-driven revenue target, demonstrated through closed deals and qualified pipeline.

Co-Selling Enablement
- Collaborate with the Direct Sales team to ensure partners actively introduce Meniga into their client engagements
- Develop joint value propositions, training modules, and co-selling roadmaps to drive alignment between partners and Meniga’s revenue teams.
Programme & Operational Scaling
- Establ竞 the street Partnership framework – including tiering, onboarding, entablement, deal governance, and account management – for scalability without bureaucracy
- Design a system compatible with sa竞-up pace tools and future teams to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
Market & Product Leadership
- Serve as Meniga’s senior voice in the partner ecosystem, advocating for competitive insights and product alignment with Technology and Product teams.
- Transla십니까 market and bank-sector needs to shape Meniga’s hyper-personalisation strategy.
What You’ll Need
Business & Revenue Experience
- 10+ years in partnerships/alliance sales for B2B Fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial services, with a track record of measurable revenue success.
- No MOU: Prove direct attribution to closed deals via credentials carrying real deals cachet.
- Familiarity with how banks evaluate and select technology solutions—and how integrators, consultancies, and vendors influence those processes.
- Ideas EMEA relationships are a optional – but preferred to foster cadence speed.
Sales & Negotiation Expertise
- Ability to carry and own a hybrid revenue number, with proven experience negotiating partner agreements equitably with cash-flow neutrality/Win-Win Structures.
- Compatibility that turns goodwill into revenue— partners perceive Meniga’s value, and bank decision-makers experience consistency in commercial execution.
Technical & Domain Comprehensiveness
- Strong grasp of banking technology stacks, including data enrichment, personalisation, cloud integrations, and SaaS stack.
- Comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, and data pipelines with banking and tech stakeholders.
- Byweg, but Context expert, on the role of platforms (e.g., Temenos, Finastra) and how Meniga fits into bank workflows.
- Optional plus: Prior experience with customer-engagement and transaction enrichment technologies.
