Head of Amazon
Head of Amazon – D2C (Health & Wellness) Scale-Up (Open Salary, Yorkshire-Based Role)
This role will require some on-site time in the office in Yorkshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands in the role of Head of Amazon D2C – Health & Wellness.
About the Role
A newly created leadership position offering full ownership of a rapidly expanding Amazon business, with the ability to shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive the company’s next phase of growth.
You’ll inherit a business that has delivered consistent year-on-year growth across multiple channels, seeking an ambitious Amazon specialist to take ownership of its marketplace strategy and accelerate growth both domestically and internationally.
This isn’t a management role—it’s a leadership opportunity with genuine autonomy, commercial influence, and the freedom to make strategic decisions that directly impact performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Amazon P&L and overall marketplace strategy.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Develop and execute the commercial roadmap across UK and international marketplaces.
- Lead Amazon trading, promotions, pricing, and category performance.
- Oversee Amazon advertising (in-house or via external partners).
- Optimise listings, catalogue performance, conversion, and organic rankings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer service.
- Build internal Amazon capability, benchmarking best practices and guiding future team structure.
- Identify and implement new opportunities for international expansion.

About You – Your Qualified Criteria
We’re looking for an ambitious problem-solver who enjoys full ownership. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Amazon PPC and retail media
- Amazon trading and commercial planning
- Pricing, promotions, and profitability management
- Catalogue optimisation and conversion improvement
- Marketplace analytics and strategic reporting
- International Amazon marketplaces
- Relationship management with agencies/external partners
Bonus consideration for experience in FMCG, consumer goods, health, nutrition, beauty, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
