Head of Accounts Payable

Leading a team of around 25 people, including 4 Team Leaders, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function. Your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and driving process improvements, automation, and efficiencies throughout the purchase-to-pay cycle.

About the Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and IT, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the function. Your responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large Accounts Payable or Shared Services teams, a passion for coaching and developing people, and strong stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering operational improvements and leading change.
