Head of Architecture & Engineering | 12-Month FTC | Oxford / Hybrid

A market-leading research and intelligence organisation operating at the forefront of a rapidly evolving global industry is seeking an experienced Head of Architecture & Engineering to join its technology leadership team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a leadership role where you'll define architecture strategy, oversee engineering and data capabilities, and drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives across a complex application and cloud landscape. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll ensure solutions are scalable, secure, well-governed and aligned to business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience across Architecture, Engineering or Technology functions
  • Strong enterprise and solution architecture expertise
  • Experience delivering technology strategy, governance and large-scale transformation
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, integrations, data engineering and enterprise applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
