Job Description
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Oversee assessment policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices in assessment.
- Collaborate with various departments to align assessments with organisational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment programmes.
- Manage resources and budgets related to assessment initiatives.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the field of assessment and human resources.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Assessment should have:
- A relevant degree in human resources, education, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing assessment frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and its unique requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
