We are looking for an exceptional senior leader to help Ofqual navigate this changing landscape and shape how regulation responds.
In this high-profile role, you will:
- Lead Ofqual's approach to assessment integrity, AI and innovation
- Provide strategic advice to the Executive and Board
- Influence thinking across government and the qualifications sector
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and responding to emerging risks and opportunities
- Shaping regulatory approaches that balance innovation with fairness and standards
- Leading cross-organisational work to deliver system-wide impact

- Strong strategic judgement
