About Housr
Housr is transforming the student property ecosystem through integrated Bills Packages, payment solutions, and operational technology that simplify lettings at scale. Operating at the intersection of PropTech and FinTech, we partner with agents, operators, landlords, and developers to deliver speed, transparency, automation, and revenue optimisation across the rental lifecycle. We operate in a performance-led environment where enterprise partnerships, product commercialisation, and structured go-to-market execution directly drive national revenue growth.
This is a key commercial leadership role for someone who knows how to build relationships, sell in the market, and turn strong partner networks into measurable revenue growth.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Head of B2B Sales to take ownership of Housr’s agent and operator relationships across the UK.
This role is focused on three clear commercial priorities:
- Growing rental stock on the Housr platform
- Driving bills package sales through agent channels
- Launching new B2B products, starting with our PBSA product
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. We need someone who will be out in the market, building relationships with agents and operators, spotting opportunities, opening doors, and actively selling alongside the team.
You’ll:
- Lead and support the National Account Managers
- Focus on performance
- Empower, sharpen, and align the team around shared targets
- Work closely with the UK President and shape how Housr scales the B2B side of the business nationally
Core Objectives
- Grow the volume of agent rental properties listed and active on the Housr platform
- Increase bills package sales through agent referral channels, utility forms, agent data partnerships and bills-inclusive packages
- Lead the commercial launch of Housr’s PBSA product through agent and operator relationships
- Open up new cities and markets as part of Housr’s national expansion strategy
- Improve account performance, onboarding, retention, and product adoption across the existing agent base
- Lead, support, and develop the National Account Manager team
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales Ownership
- Take ownership of Housr’s B2B sales performance across agent and operator channels
- Build and manage pipeline across both new business and existing accounts
- Spend significant time in the field, meeting agents and operators face-to-face
- Lead senior commercial conversations with larger agent groups and operator partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements that work for both Housr and its partners

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
