Description
Our client is seeking a Head of Bids to lead their pre-construction team, securing major social housing contracts through competitive tenders and key frameworks.
As a leading Main Contractor in the social housing sector, they specialize in Decent Homes projects. Working across frameworks and direct tenders, you will play a critical role in shaping their bid strategy, ensuring compelling submissions that drive growth and long-term partnerships with housing associations and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the bid team to secure major framework and project opportunities.
- Oversee bid strategy, ensuring alignment with Decent Homes and social housing regulations.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver winning proposals.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to showcase our expertise and value.

- Proven experience in bid manager and bid management within social housing, refurbishment, or new build.
- Strong understanding of frameworks.
- Ability to lead high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids from concept to submission.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Salary
Up to £100k plus benefits
