The Role: Head of Branch Support
This is a pivotal senior leadership opportunity at the heart of our services. As Head of Branch Support, you’ll lead and develop a centre of excellence that empowers our branch teams, carers, customers, and families across our Visiting Care and Live-in Care services.
This isn’t just another customer service leadership role—it’s a chance to influence strategy, drive transformation, and create exceptional experiences across a nationwide, complex organisation.
You’ll shape how specialist support is delivered, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of care, service, and communication that Helping Hands is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leadership & Operations
- Lead and develop Branch Support, Carer Services, and Out-of-Hours teams
- Head and enhance a centre of excellence providing top-tier support to teams, carers, customers, and families

- Drive exceptional customer experiences across all key touchpoints
- Shape and deliver a long-term workforce strategy aligned to Live-in Care growth

- Partner with senior leaders to define operational priorities and business performance
- Leverage customer insights, service data, and market trends to identify and act on improvement opportunities
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost quality, efficiency, and satisfaction

- Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory standards are upheld across all teams

- Drive automation, process improvement, and innovation to enhance service delivery

- Support the expansion of Live-in Care while delivering against budget and forecast targets

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~40 colleagues, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence
What We’re Looking For
