The Role

You’ll own the consumer and bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll set our brand strategy, lead the Marketing team, and make sure Pieminister stays distinctive, premium and a step ahead of the category.

It's a senior, hands-on role with genuine ownership - a seat on the Leadership Team from day one and a direct line to the MD & founders. You'll be shaping the next chapter of the brand and building the team to deliver it. If you thrive on autonomy and real influence, this is an opportunity to make your mark without the constraints of a large corporate machine.

What you'll own

  • Brand strategy and equity - who we are, what we stand for, and how we show up everywhere
  • Consumer insight - keeping us close to our customers, the category and where the market's heading
  • Brand activation across every touchpoint - digital, retail and in-store, packaging, media and PR
  • The brand campaign and seasonal calendar - leading everything from high-impact launch moments to always-on activity that keeps our audience engaged year-round
  • Leading and evolving the Marketing team - managing the team and developing their talents
  • Brand stewardship on major partnerships - keeping our standards high on the commercial and foodservice deals that carry the brand
  • Feeding the pipeline - using your insight to shape where innovation goes next

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
