About BON CHARGE

BON CHARGE is building more than products.

We are building a movement around a simple but powerful belief: Biology First. Environment Led.

Our mission is to help people reclaim their health, performance, and wellbeing by transforming the environments they live in every day.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are seeking a world-class brand marketer to head up the evolution of BON CHARGE from a product-led wellness company into one of the most influential brands in modern wellness.

This is a rare opportunity to define an emerging category, shape culture, and build a brand that people choose to belong to.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary brand leader capable of operating at both the highest strategic level and the most ambitious executional level.

This role sits at the core of the company and is responsible for defining how BON CHARGE shows up in the world.

You will lead the entire brand function globally, overseeing brand strategy, campaigns, partnerships, experiences, communications, and cultural initiatives that drive long-term brand equity and consumer connection.

You will work directly with the Founders, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to shape the future of the business, identifying opportunities to create defining moments that capture attention, build relevance, and accelerate the growth of the brand globally.

The successful candidate understands that the world's most valuable brands are not built through advertising alone, but through stories, experiences, communities, movements, and moments people remember.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
