About The Role
This is a Group-level leadership position with strategic commercial impact.
As Head of Brand for Odevo UK, you will Own and elevate our brand architecture across a multi-brand portfolio, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly influence commercial growth, EBITDA, and market positioning through robust, scalable brand strategies.
- Define and refine brand positioning, standards and tone across residential property management, insurance, utilities, fire services and surveying.
- Shape brand architecture for acquisition and integration projects.
- Ensure creative excellence across all touchpoints while driving measurable performance.
- Collaborate with managing directors and C-suite to align brand with commercial objectives and market opportunities.

Who You Are
You are a strategic brand leader with a commercial mind-frame, armed with:
- Minimum five years’ experience as Head of Brand, Chief Brand Officer or GM Brand, ideally in multi-brand environments.
- Deep expertise in brand architecture and narrative, linked to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Confidence driving strategy across otechnology, grey industries and B2B audiences.
- A track record of building scalable brand frameworks and advocating for its impact at the executive level.
- Unmatched ability to balance creative intent with cost-conscious decision-making, especially in fast-moving PE-backed landscapes.
Experience You Should Have
- Delivering broad-reaching brand transformations, aligning cross-team creativity with GOI.
- Successfully rolling out one brand strategy across multiple operating companies (OpCos) without compromise.
- Excellent reputation for raising brand standards across creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Seeing direct correlation of brand efforts to revenue growth, customer retention or CSat metrics.
- Leading brand-led acquisitions and drive harmonisation between new and existing entities.
- Being comfortable in high-consequence commercial environments, reporting upwards as a trusted strategic partner.
