About Mistral

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego, and team-spirited.

About The Role

As Head of Brand and Creative, you will sit at the intersection of storytelling, culture, product, design, communications, and go-to-market. You'll help answer some of the biggest questions facing our industry:

  • What does a frontier AI company look and feel like?
  • How do we make highly technical innovation resonate globally?
  • How do we build trust at scale?
  • How do we create a brand that developers love, enterprises trust, and the world's best talent wants to join?
  • How do we give it seriousness, approachability, AND fun?

You'll report to the CMO and work closely with our founders and leaders across Product, Research, Communications, Design, and Go-to-Market.

What you'll do

Define the Mistral brand

  • Evolve our global brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and identity as we scale.
  • Ensure that every interaction with Mistral—whether it's a product launch, keynote, website, campaign, customer story, or hiring experience—feels unmistakably Mistral.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
