Head of Brand & Community

Head of Brand & Community

Besque is a premium body care and wellness brand, based in the UK. We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual for our Head of Brand & Community role.

The Role

As Head of Brand & Community, you will define what Besque means to the women who buy it, and to the broader culture of women over 45 who are done being ignored by the beauty industry. You will create the brand world, establish our community presence both online and in person, and develop the programming, partnerships, and moments that make Besque feel like more than a product.

This is a senior, autonomous role with direct access to leadership and real budget to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steward the Besque brand, voice, visual identity, positioning, and narrative
  • Build our community from the ground up across owned digital spaces and in-person activations
  • Develop a community strategy that deepens customer loyalty and drives word of mouth
  • Conceive and execute IRL brand experiences and events that bring the Besque world to life
  • Work closely with the paid social and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Identify and develop partnerships, ambassador relationships, and cultural collaborations that extend our reach
  • Establish the metrics that matter for brand and community health and report against them
  • Act as the internal guardian of the brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects who we are

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
