Type: Maternity Cover, 5 days a week, Mon-Thurs in office, Friday WFH

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, highly organised and editorially driven Head of Brand & Content as maternity cover for our Brand & Content Director. This role will lead Collagerie's content strategy and execution, managing the editorial team and overseeing all content across our website, newsletters, social channels and other brand touchpoints. Working closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams, the Head of Brand & Content will play a pivotal role in shaping creative concepts, delivering integrated campaigns, and leading the execution of brand projects and events.


Responsibilities

Editorial & Content

Website & Newsletter

  • Manage & oversee editorial team workflow and responsibilities
  • Own the editorial calendar across the website, newsletters and seasonal content initiatives
  • Propose ideas for editorial content, looking at previous data and working closely with marketing on key focuses
  • Plan out all edits and newsletters allocating editors for curation ensuring deadlines are met and workflow stays on track
  • Manage and curate ‘Just In’ section
  • Manage homepage programming, site navigation and overall content mix to optimise editorial performance
  • Commission and manage contributing editors and freelance talent
  • Oversee the Stories section, identifying guest contributors and editorial opportunities
  • Review and approve editorial copy across digital, newsletter and social channels
  • Own the weekly newsletter schedule, curating content and product selections
  • Review and approve all newsletter content together with the Chief Creative Officer prior to publication
  • Oversee the weekend editorial rota across the Content and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth planning and coverage
  • Support the creation of copy for presentations, proposals and brand decks, providing editorial cover when required

Commercial Content & Partnerships

  • Partner closely with the partnerships team to develop editorial concepts that support brand partnerships
  • Lead the content delivery of commercial campaigns from briefing through to final approval
  • Oversee branded editorial, ensuring campaigns are creatively executed while maintaining Collagerie's editorial integrity
  • Collaborate on CPC campaigns, managing briefing, timelines and delivery
  • Help shape new commercial content opportunities and partnership formats

Brand

Projects & Events

  • Act as a key ambassador for Collagerie, representing the brand at industry events, press launches, partnership meetings and networking opportunities
  • Lead the planning and execution of major brand initiatives, including collaborations, campaigns, partnerships, events and digital activations from concept through to delivery
  • Own end-to-end event management, including venue sourcing and site visits, relationships, guest list strategy, invitations and RSVP management
  • Develop creative concepts for events that reflect the Collagerie brand identity, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a premium and memorable experience
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard

Shoots & Talent

  • Develop and manage a network of talent, influencers, creatives and industry contacts to support editorial, partnership and social content
  • Identify and secure relevant talent for both commercial partnerships and organic brand storytelling, ensuring all collaborations align with the Collagerie aesthetic and values
  • Lead shoot production from planning through execution, including briefing photographers, videographers, stylists, HMUAs and wider creative teams
  • Manage production schedules, call sheets, budgets, contracts and logistics for content shoots
  • Oversee creative direction on set, ensuring all content is delivered to brand standards across editorial, social and partnership channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, photographers, production companies and talent managers

Social & Marketing

  • Shape and oversee Collagerie's social media strategy in partnership with the Marketing Manager, ensuring content supports wider business and commercial objectives
  • Manage the Brand & Content Coordinator, overseeing content creation, editing, copywriting, publishing and community management across all social channels
  • Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand voice and visual identity across all owned channels
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop co-marketing opportunities that strengthen brand positioning and audience growth
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform developments and emerging talent to ensure Collagerie remains relevant, innovative and best-in-class within the luxury lifestyle space

The Person

  • 5+ year previous experience in editorial or content management within fashion, lifestyle or media
  • Experience managing a team and meeting multiple deadlines in a busy environment
  • Well established relationships with brands and PR agencies and proven ability to unlock new relationships
  • Expertise in digital media, branded content, social media and co-branded content
  • Strong network and knowledge of tastemakers and talent
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, creative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally
  • Extremely organised and excellent multi-tasker
