Ready to lead a high-impact team and shape the future of No7 Beauty Company? As the Head of Brand Growth Programmes & Delivery, you will partner closely with our Chief Growth Officer to drive delivery, alignment, and performance across our most important brand growth initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Oversee a centralised team of programme, project, planning, and performance specialists
- Align priorities, people, and projects to a connected growth plan
- Lead initiatives across Innovation, New Product Development (NPD), brand transformation, digital enablement, and consumer experience
- Embed effective ways of working across the Brand Growth organisation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand Growth Programmes & Delivery team to drive execution and remove barriers
- Run governance forums that monitor and enable delivery of the growth portfolio
- Embed simple, connected processes to support speed, quality, and alignment across Centres of Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement, including the use of technology and AI
- Provide clear reporting, RAG (Red-Ambiguous-Green) status updates, and KPI tracking

What You’ll Need (Our Must-haves)
✅ 3–5 years’ experience driving growth and performance across global consumer brands ✅ Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives ✅ Strong knowledge of programme, project, and portfolio methodologies ✅ Experience leading through change and ambiguity, providing clarity and direction ✅ Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple levels and functions
It would be great if you also have
🔹 Experience working within a multi-brand or global beauty organisation 🔹 Exposure to innovation, NPD, or brand transformation programmes 🔹 A track record of building capability and developing high-performing teams
