About PinkHoney

Five years ago, PinkHoney exploded onto TikTok and quickly became one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty brands. Since then we've grown into a recognised name with an incredible community, a talented in-house team and exciting ambitions for the next stage of growth.

We're now looking for someone to help take our brand marketing to the next level.

This isn't a traditional Social Media Manager role.

We're looking for someone who can step back, see the bigger picture and create the strategy that allows our content, launches, PR and campaigns to work harder together.

You'll work closely with our founder to translate commercial priorities into marketing campaigns that excite our audience, sell products and continue building a brand people genuinely love.

The Role

You'll own the strategic direction of our organic marketing.

Working alongside our social team, you'll decide what we should be talking about, why we're talking about it and how every campaign comes together.

Our team already creates and publishes content. Your role is to provide the vision, planning and creative direction that allows them to do their best work.

You'll constantly be asking questions like:

  • What stories should we be telling this month?
  • Which products need more attention?
  • How should we launch this collection?
  • Are we making the most of PR and influencer opportunities?
  • What's working? What's not? What should we change?

What You'll Be Responsible For

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Creating quarterly marketing and social strategies
  • Building campaign plans around launches and seasonal moments
  • Developing creative concepts that the content team can execute
  • Ensuring our channels feel consistent, exciting and commercially effective
  • Setting measurable goals for the marketing team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Commercial Planning

  • Working closely with our warehouse, operations and buying teams to understand:
    • Stock levels
    • Best sellers
    • Slow-moving products
    • Upcoming launches
    • Commercial priorities

You'll then build marketing strategies that support those business goals.

Creative Direction

  • Planning content themes and campaign direction
  • Creating or briefing thumbnail and cover concepts
  • Reviewing creative before it goes live
  • Identifying opportunities to improve quality across every platform

Growth Opportunities

  • You'll constantly look beyond social.
  • For example:
    • Improving our PR strategy
    • Strengthening influencer relationships
    • Increasing user-generated content
    • Spotting new platform opportunities
    • Identifying gaps in our current marketing

We don't expect you to personally execute every idea—but we do expect you to identify opportunities and create the plan to make them happen.

Leadership

You'll provide strategic direction for our marketing team by:

  • Setting quarterly priorities
  • Running planning sessions
  • Giving creative feedback
  • Helping the team improve

This is a leadership role focused on strategy and creative direction rather than day-to-day people management.

We'd Love To Meet Someone Who

  • Has 5+ years' experience in brand, content or marketing strategy
  • Has worked within ecommerce, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Thinks commercially as well as creatively
  • Understands how marketing drives revenue—not just engagement
  • Loves turning data and insights into creative ideas
  • Has excellent visual taste and understands what makes content stand out
  • Can confidently work across multiple departments
  • Enjoys building systems rather than simply keeping them running
  • Is naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve

You'll Thrive Here If...

  • You enjoy working in a fast-moving business where ideas become reality quickly.
  • You're excited by building rather than maintaining.
  • You don't wait to be told what's broken—you notice it yourself and come with solutions.
  • You're equally comfortable discussing campaign ideas with a content creator, reviewing stock levels with the warehouse or brainstorming the next big launch with our founder.

Success In Your First 12 Months

You'll know you're succeeding if you have:

  • Built a clear quarterly marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Increased the commercial impact of our social channels.
  • Introduced stronger planning around launches and campaigns.
  • Improved collaboration between social, PR, influencer marketing and operations.
  • Raised the overall quality and consistency of our creative output.
  • Given our founder more space to focus on the bigger picture while keeping the brand's personality at the heart of everything we do.

If you're excited by the idea of shaping the future of one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty brands, we'd love to hear from you.
