Head of Brand Marketing
£70,000 - £75,000 | Central London 4 days a week in office | Scale-up fashion brand
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Brand Marketing to lead the marketing function for a high-growth fashion brand entering its next phase of expansion.
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the brand strategy, driving customer acquisition and retention, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that fuel both brand awareness and commercial growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to influence business strategy, lead a talented marketing team, and build a brand that resonates with customers through creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy to support long-term business growth.
- Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with key commercial objectives and trading periods.
- Shape brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience across all channels.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across every customer touch-point.

Customer Growth & Campaign Delivery
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, partnerships, and other customer channels.
- Develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Use customer insights and campaign performance to optimise marketing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Partnerships & Brand Awareness
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, brand collaborators, and key external partners.
- Support PR initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
- Foster authentic customer communities through compelling storytelling and engaging content.

Required Experience & Skills
- Significant experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role within Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle. DTC preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital acquisition, CRM, customer retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, partnerships, and PR.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and a data-led approach to decision making.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing performance against commercial objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
