Head of Brand Partnerships – Ministry of Sound

Who We Are

Ministry of Sound opened in 1991 in a disused bus garage in South London. It co-founded the first 24-hour nightclub in the UK, innovated in electronic music, and evolved into the world’s largest independent record company (now part of Sony). Now, we champion creativity through The Ministry, our members’ workspace—a 50,000 sq. ft. Victorian warehouse in SE1 blending F&B, fitness, cultural events, and relaxed collaboration.

As a business, we reject clichés, embrace risk, and prioritise innovation, attention to detail, and joy—with high standards. We laugh often, work hard as a team, and take pride in differentiating our brands and products.

The Role

The Head of Brand Partnerships will shape creative development across Ministry of Sound’s ecosystem—building innovative collaborations with brands across music, nightlife, fitness, live events, hospitality, and lifestyle.

You’ll need to:

  • Lead culturally relevant partnership concepts inspired by youth culture, music, and emerging trends.
  • Articulate strong, visionary creative briefs for internal teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Champion originality while enhancing brand relevance—ensuring all activations reflect MoS’s tone and values.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Leadership

  • Define creative vision for brand partnerships, ensuring they align with MoS’s cultural identity across sectors.
  • Develop insight-driven, audience-centric campaigns grounded in trends, behaviour, and transformation.
  • Translate brand goals into impactful creative narratives, pushing boundaries while maintaining tone and integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
