This role will leverage expertise across the marketing mix to effectively deliver a commercially focused approach to multi-channel marketing strategies, exercising both integrated and omnichannel tactics. They are accountable for partnering with key stakeholders across all lines of the business to maximise revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
- Significant Experience Leading Brand Positioning Initiatives: A proven track record of successfully leading and executing brand repositioning strategies, particularly for well-known brands targeting a broad consumer base.
- Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for brand growth and audience expansion across complex portfolios.
- Demonstrable experience in brand led launch campaigns which build brand equity.
- Proven Success in Developing and Executing High-Profile Mass Market Campaigns: Tangible examples of developing and implementing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns that achieved significant reach, engagement, and commercial impact within a mass market. Quantifiable results are crucial.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to champion brand vision and values.
- Proven ability to strategically manage and direct multiple marketing agencies (creative, media, PR, digital) to deliver high-quality work and achieve strategic objectives.
- Hands-on experience in devising and implementing digital-first approaches, including social, content, and paid strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for defining and delivering against specific revenue targets for the RKC brand.
- Play a role in measuring and optimizing the Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Collaborate in the creation and lead in the execution of USP’s, value props and messaging frameworks across each of our product marketing initiatives.
- Shape brand experience strategy across all touchpoints to strengthen connections with members, advocates, and new audiences.
- Champion the integration of brand vision, mission, and values into RKC culture, collaborating with the Unleashing Potential program leads.
- Utilise brand foundations to build audience segmentation and develops brand and marketing communication strategy and plans to unlock each segment.
- Act as a brand ambassador and guardian, clearly articulating brand architecture and ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Oversee all creative briefs, writing more complex briefs for impactful campaigns.
- Develop and deliver a high impact earned media strategy that enhances customer experiences and community engagement.
