Head of Business
Head of Business Studies Secondary School | Hounslow, London | September Start | £300-£400 per day

Horizon Teachers is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head of Business Studies to join a thriving secondary school in Hounslow from September. About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Previous leadership experience or the ambition and capability to step into a middle leadership role.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for raising attainment and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
- Commitment to delivering an engaging and ambitious curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Studies department across KS4 and KS5.
- Develop and implement an innovative and engaging curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and drive improvements in attainment and achievement.
- Support, mentor, and develop colleagues within the department.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Contribute to the wider strategic development of the school.
