As Head of Business and Economics, you will lead a successful department, driving high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will be responsible for curriculum development, monitoring student progress, supporting departmental staff, and ensuring students achieve excellent outcomes in both Business and Economics.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Business and/or Economics to KS5
- Demonstrate a track record of strong classroom practice and student outcomes
- Possess the leadership skills required to develop and inspire both students and colleagues
- Be committed to maintaining high expectations and promoting academic excellence
- Be located in or able to travel to West London
