Job Description

This role focuses on delivering business change activities associated with the new Terminal 2 baggage system at Heathrow.

You will shape and deliver change plans that connect people, processes, and technology. Close working with the baggage operations team will help ensure solutions are practical, effective, and aligned to day-to-day operations.

The role supports the successful implementation of the new baggage system, helping to drive operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for passengers and partners.

Your Role Will Involve

  • Translate business priorities into clear and deliverable change plans.
  • Deliver improvements to baggage processes and supporting systems.
  • Work closely with baggage operations to ensure changes are practical and effective.
  • Manage a portfolio of change activity with clear tracking and measurable outcomes.
  • Support decisions on change by balancing cost, value, and operational impact.

These Skills Are Essential

  • Experience delivering major change programmes or initiatives.
  • Understanding of baggage systems and baggage operations, or equivalent logistics operations.
  • Ability to work across a range of stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Awareness of working within large or regulated environments.
