Location: Central London – Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: £60,000 per annum + Commission + Excellent Benefits

Our client is one of the UK’s leading hospitality trade associations, representing thousands of businesses across the hospitality and leisure sector, including:

They are seeking a commercially driven Head of Membership to:
- Lead membership growth
- Inspire an established team

The Role
- Reporting to: Senior Leadership Team
- Primary Focus: Membership growth strategy to attract new hospitality businesses and retain existing members
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute membership growth strategy to attract and retain key industry stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in marketing, policy, events, and communications to promote the association’s commercial value.
- Act as the face of the organisation, regularly engaging with senior decision-makers across the hospitality industry.
- Represent the association at industry events, building credibility as a recognised sector ambassador.
This role offers visibility, influence, and the chance to shape the future of membership within one of the most dynamic sectors.

About You
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Experience selling into or working within the hospitality, foodservice, or leisure sectors.
- Proven expertise in business development or membership sales.

Proven success in:
- Business development
- Membership sales
- Account management
- Commercial sales

Experience selling into the hospitality, leisure, or foodservice sectors is highly advantageous.

Strong ability to build and leverage networks within the sector, or the capacity to establish credibility rapidly.

Experience leading, motivating, and mentoring cross-functional teams.

- Excellent relationship-building skills in networking and presentations.
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving growth targets.
- Confidence and proficiency in using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
