Head of Business Development Private Client – Senior Level Strategic Role with Client Facing Element in Ambitious Law Firm
The business development and marketing team of this ambitious national law firm is being given a new lease of life with greater investment and a more sophisticated approach.
The firm’s private client capability offers not only services to high net worth individuals but is also looking to develop its mid-market capabilities targeting professionals and business owners. Specifically the role will involve:
- Working with the partners to develop the business development strategy for the private client group;
- Running the firm’s intermediaries and referrers programme.
- Developing relationships with both existing intermediaries and referrers and networking/proactive outreach to new ones;
- Identifying opportunities in the market and developing a business development pipeline through to conversion;
- Working with the corporate and commercial groups to cross-sell;
- Working with the marketing team to ensure that marketing activity and campaigns generate leads;
- ROI and measurement;
- Leading and developing a high performing team.

Note that this role can be based in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds.

You will have significant experience in a business development and leadership role as well as being a private client specialist with a strong understanding of the private wealth intermediaries market.
