Head of Business Excellence
Lead enterprise-wide transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a world-class aerospace MRO environment. Shape the future of business excellence at LTLGS, driving sustainable performance and creating lasting impact through Lean leadership, strategic execution, and organisational development.
About the Role
As Head of Business Excellence, you will lead LTLGS’s non-digital transformation agenda, embedding:
- Operational excellence
- Continuous improvement
- Organisational development
across the entire business.
Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for?
- Owning the enterprise transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment through:
- Hoshin Kanri
- Portfolio governance
- Performance management
- Driving Lean-Agile practices, value stream optimisation, and innovation initiatives
- Supporting capability development in partnership with senior leadership
- Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
- Enhancing organisational maturity via recognised excellence frameworks
- Delivering measurable business results through sustainable transformation

Requirements
What you’ll need?
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent in Business Administration
- Combined with an engineering degree, ideally in aerospace or a related field
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent). Additional Lean certifications advantageous
Experience
- 10+ years in:
- Operational excellence
- Business transformation
- Management consulting
- Proven success in:
- Leading Lean transformation
- Managing complex portfolios in regulated environments
