The role

Salesfire is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to lead our data, analytics and insight function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for transforming data into a competitive advantage across the business.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will oversee business intelligence, pricing analysis, CRM data operations, and customer insight generation, helping to drive smarter decision-making across the Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

A key responsibility will be unlocking the value of Salesfire’s identity graph and behavioural data assets, turning customer and shopping behaviour data into actionable insights that support both internal growth strategies and customer-facing products.

The part you’ll play

  • Develop and own the company’s business intelligence and insight strategy, ensuring data supports key business objectives and growth plans.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, reporting, quality assurance and accessibility across the organisation.
  • Act as the authority on data, analytics and insight, championing a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define key performance metrics and establish frameworks for measuring business success.
  • Work with Product and Commercial teams to develop customer-facing insights, reporting products and value-added services.
  • Identify opportunities to monetise data assets and create additional value for customers through advanced insight generation.
  • Work alongside Product teams to ensure data remains a core component of Salesfire’s product strategy and future roadmap.
  • Own pricing analysis and support pricing strategy across Salesfire’s products and services.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Finance and Leadership teams to maximise revenue growth, profitability and customer lifetime value.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor positioning to ensure Salesfire remains commercially competitive.
  • Manage and develop the CRM & Data function, providing leadership, coaching and prioritisation across CRM, reporting and data operations.
  • Oversee HubSpot and connected systems, ensuring robust processes, data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure customer, prospect and Total Addressable Market (TAM) data remain accurate, scalable and commercially valuable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
