Your responsibilities as Head of Business Operations
- Lead and continually improve operational performance across the organisation, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, operational frameworks, and business processes that support sustainable growth.
- Oversee facilities, suppliers, administrative support, and corporate services to maintain an effective working environment.
- Manage key people functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR compliance.
- Support organisational development through effective governance, reporting structures, succession planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, marketing activity, and cross-functional projects while supporting senior leadership on operational risk and business continuity.
