Our client is a much loved multi-brand business who are growing quickly, with new sites opening across the country this year.

They are now recruiting a Head of Campaign Delivery from a travel, hospitality or leisure background to manage high quality and well executed marketing activity across all channels.

The role is suitable for an agency or in-house marketer who has experience ensuring that campaigns are planned properly, delivered on time, activated consistently and measured against KPIs, managing a talented in house team of channel experts.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social, loyalty and content channels
  • Manage campaign timelines, briefs, approvals and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support revenue-driving activity, campaigns, events and local marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and support channel specialists, ensuring consistent delivery and collaboration across teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analysing engagement, traffic and ROI.
  • Coordinate creative and content production to ensure assets are on-brand and delivered on time and in budget
  • Drive CRM and loyalty activity to increase customer engagement, repeat purchase and database growth.
  • Improve marketing processes and ways of working across the department

  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, digital marketing, social media and content.
  • Experience managing or mentoring marketing teams.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance.
