Our client is a much loved multi-brand business who are growing quickly, with new sites opening across the country this year.
They are now recruiting a Head of Campaign Delivery from a travel, hospitality or leisure background to manage high quality and well executed marketing activity across all channels.
The role is suitable for an agency or in-house marketer who has experience ensuring that campaigns are planned properly, delivered on time, activated consistently and measured against KPIs, managing a talented in house team of channel experts.
The Role
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social, loyalty and content channels
- Manage campaign timelines, briefs, approvals and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support revenue-driving activity, campaigns, events and local marketing initiatives.
- Lead and support channel specialists, ensuring consistent delivery and collaboration across teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analysing engagement, traffic and ROI.
- Coordinate creative and content production to ensure assets are on-brand and delivered on time and in budget
- Drive CRM and loyalty activity to increase customer engagement, repeat purchase and database growth.
- Improve marketing processes and ways of working across the department

- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM, digital marketing, social media and content.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing teams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance.
