About Limestone

Limestone Capital is a private equity firm focused on alternative assets, including real estate, hospitality, energy and infrastructure, with over €1 billion in assets under management. We combine the discipline of institutional investing with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, partnering closely with founders and management teams to scale some of the most forward-thinking concepts in their sectors – such as Aethos, Eterniti and MYNE Homes.

As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a Head of Capital Formation & IR, reporting directly to the CEO. The role will shape how Limestone engages with existing and prospective investors globally – leading fundraising strategy and driving capital formation, managing LP relationships, and ensuring best-in-class reporting and performance communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising and capital-formation initiatives across all Limestone funds and direct investment opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with existing and prospective LPs, ensuring proactive, transparent, and long-term engagement.
  • Oversee all investor communications, including quarterly reports, portfolio updates, newsletters, and investor presentations.
  • Coordinate the production of offering materials (PPMs, DDQs, track record analyses, performance summaries) and manage investor data rooms.
  • Partner with finance and asset-management teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of performance data and fund metrics across all materials.
  • Shape Limestone’s fundraising strategy and investor targeting approach together with the CEO and Partners.
  • Maintain and enhance Limestone’s CRM and investor-tracking systems to ensure high-quality relationship management and reporting.
  • Organize investor events, annual meetings, and property visits to strengthen LP engagement.
  • Ensure a consistent investor narrative and brand tone across all reports, decks, and communications.
  • Gather and communicate investor feedback to inform product design, fund structuring, and communication strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
