We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Careers to lead the delivery of our careers education, information, advice and guidance programme for pupils from Year 7 through to Year 13. The Head of Careers will also help to organise an age-appropriate careers programme in the Prep School. Additionally, this role will require the Head of Careers to share information with pupils by leading regular assemblies and careers information sessions, both of which will involve organising guest speakers.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school is compliant with the Gatsby Benchmarks, empowering girls to make informed choices about their future careers and higher education pathways. You will support the Year 9 and Year 11 options process and will oversee the Year 10 and Year 11 work experience programmes. You will also lead the UCAS application process. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
