Head of Change | High-Growth Specialty MGA | Remote (UK) | Full-Time | £90-100K + Bonus
About the Company
Our client is a modern, high-growth specialty MGA dedicated to bringing technical excellence, operational agility, and data-led decision-making to the insurance marketplace. Having tripled their number this year, they continue to invest in the people, processes, and technology that will shape the future of their business.
As they continue to scale, they are looking for an ambitious Head of Change to lead enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring strategic initiatives, operational improvements, regulatory change, and technology programmes are successfully delivered across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to join a business where change is viewed as a strategic enabler rather than a support function. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving improvements across underwriting, claims, operations, and technology while helping build a scalable, future-ready organisation.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this is a senior leadership role with responsibility for defining and delivering the organisation's change strategy. You'll oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned with business priorities, delivered effectively, and embedded successfully across the business.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, you'll act as the bridge between business, technology, and operational teams, creating governance, driving adoption, and ensuring change programmes deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
As the business continues to grow, you'll also build and develop the Change function, establishing best practices, frameworks, and capabilities that enable the organisation to scale efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
