Head of Channel Development & Partner Services
At Apogee Corporation, we are shaping what modern workplace services look like by combining over 30 years of experience with the innovation strength of being an independent subsidiary of HP Inc. We help organisations work smarter, faster and with far less friction through one seamless point of contact.
About Apogee

Connected to the Future
By being part of HP Inc., Apogee provides access to cutting-edge innovation backed by market-leading service operations.
The Role
We are now looking for a Head of Channel Development & Partner Services to build and scale our indirect technology services business.
This is a pivotal commercial leadership role centred on designing, shaping, and growing how our services are taken to market through partners. This is not a maintenance role – it’s about creation, structure, and scale.
What You Will Do
- Build and scale indirect services business: Take ownership of Apogee’s indirect services proposition and transform it into a repeatable, commercially strong partner model.
- Design propositions: Develop repeatable managed service offerings for indirect partners.
- Shape and leverage commercial models: Create commercially compelling propositions, pricing models, and service documentation.
- Contract negotiations: Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms with strategic partners.
- Commercial leadership: Own the commercial performance for revenue, margins, and growth in the indirect channel.
- Partnership development: Build and strengthen relationships with key partners, including Managed Print Services, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), HP ecosystem partners, and wider technology organisations.
- Partner enablement: Ensure partners can successfully position and sell Apogee services.
- Revenue growth: Identify new revenue opportunities through service expansions and partner growth.
- Operational collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to ensure services are deliverable, scalable, and efficient.
- Problem-solving: Resolve commercial or delivery challenges—balancing customer expectations with operational constraints.
- Data-driven growth: Build a robust pipeline and use data to drive performance improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
