About Radnor Hills

Nestled in the heart of mid-Wales, Radnor Hills is a fifth-generation family business producing a growing range of soft drinks using exceptionally pure spring water from our source.

Our still, sparkling and flavoured drinks are enjoyed by consumers across the UK, supported by strong customer partnerships, continued sales growth and a culture built around our people, products, customers, community and environment.

The opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Foodservice to lead the next stage of growth within one of our key sales channels.

This is not a turnaround role. You will take responsibility for an established and successful channel, lead a talented and highly regarded sales team, and work with customers and partners where strong relationships are already in place.

Your role will be to build on those foundations: developing our people, strengthening our commercial strategy, identifying new opportunities and ensuring Radnor Hills continues to grow profitably across the foodservice market. You will have significant ownership of the channel and work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance and the wider senior leadership team. The position is based around our Knighton site, with hybrid working and regular UK travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and develop a high-performing foodservice sales team, creating clear direction, accountability and an environment in which people can perform at their best.
  • Develop and deliver a clear foodservice strategy that supports the wider ambitions of Radnor Hills.
  • Take ownership of revenue, margin and profitability across the channel. Lead the annual commercial planning process, including budgets, forecasts, pricing, promotional investment, account plans and performance reviews.
  • Build on our strong relationships with national and regional distributors, contract caterers, wholesalers, national operators and independent customers.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the foodservice market. Work with the team to build a strong, well-managed pipeline and open new routes to market, customers, listings and partnerships.
  • Use sales data, market insight and customer intelligence to understand performance, prioritise opportunities and make well-informed commercial decisions. Ensure the CRM system is used effectively to provide clear visibility of customer activity, opportunities, commitments and next actions. Provide clear and accurate forecasts and represent the requirements of the foodservice channel across the wider business.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, logistics, supply chain, finance and demand planning to ensure commercial plans are realistic, well communicated and successfully delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
