Head of Channel Partner Programme
Giraffe360 is looking for a Head of Channel Partner Programme
Giraffe360 is looking for a Head of Channel Partner Programme to build and scale our partner channel model, which has seen great success in Poland, Croatia & Slovenia.
This is a founding role, so you will not be inheriting a fully built programme. You will collaborate on the partner motion end to end — from strategy and commercial model through to partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, performance and success.
In the early stages, this will be a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll personally recruit and onboard the first cohort of partners, use those learnings to create a repeatable playbook, and manage our highest-value partner relationships directly with a view to grow the internal partner channel team, as well as expand the programme globally.
You’ll also own the commercial logic of the programme, including fee structures, incentives, exclusivity rules and performance thresholds, making sure the channel is commercially sound and producing meaningful results.
As the programme scales, you’ll help hire and manage future Partner Success and Ops/Enablement roles. Until then, this role needs someone who is comfortable building from almost scratch, working at pace and staying close to the detail.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating on the strategy, targets and reporting for the Channel Partner Programme
- Recruit and onboard partners
- Build the onboarding playbook
- Define and enforce the partner exclusivity model & metrics
- Set and own the partner fee, incentive and performance structure
- Build clear reporting so the business has visibility of partner performance, progress and risk
- Work closely with finance, legal, logistics, product and marketing to make sure the programme is commercially sound and operationally deliverable
- Identify what partners need to succeed, including training, materials, product understanding and sales support
- Coach partners through their first placements and help them build confidence in the Giraffe360 proposition
- Hire and manage Partner Success and Ops/Enablement roles as the programme scales
- Create a partner programme that can grow across multiple markets and regions
- Travelling, building relationships across different markets, and developing a strong understanding of local market needs

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
