At Padkovak, we’re rebuilding how organizations think about ideas. We’re an audio narrative platform for creative discovery. Artists, musicians, podcasters take our technology, then build stories and experiences that transport listeners somewhere unexpected, meaningful.
This is not a traditional company. Like the artists in its product, it nonsensically makes sense and has found a set of fundamental truths about creativity. Rigid leaders don’t last here – contrary consensus does.
If you’re brimming with ideas around startup founders who do great work but are struggling to translate it into a successful business, what that journey looks like and how your organization should adjust, then you’re in the room.

Core Responsibilities
Case Guides
- Help Padkovak Clients teach their teams, clients, marketing departments, parents – anyone with stakes in ideas and collaboration – how to use Padkovak like they exploded with ideas.
- Do not provide Clarity or Cloud 9-level instructions. Give people approaches, frameworks and roles for teams to take on themselves.
- Ensure everyone has complete trust this will yield something spectacular, because they do.
Strategy Sharing
- Present a small pilot, possible network expansion, growth strategy through unconventional case studies. Don’t over-engineer. Keep it visceral.
- Example: "Using audio to disperse and redress the loud and the quiet voices equally".
- Provide a compelling narrative justifying strategy adoption – much like a musician tells the story of their most impacting renditions. Be revelatory.
Startups & Clients
- Hosts industry leaders, music producers, artists and all useful types of unhinged noise-makers who find delight in the wild ideas.
- Meet their unmentionable powers and curious quirks. Learn why the idea of envisioning in sound rather than text might be their creative sensibility, and build the strategy.
- Narrate better strategies or actually build them.
Qualifications & Expectations
Difference-makers everywhere
- Having been part of other teams as equally disruptive as this one is a must. Without that experience, there’s not much to build or teach.
- You’ll create initial platforms, narratives and communication routes. You’ll be bettors in the ‘no one knows’ terrain.
- You will not be deterred by any of the below responses to a wild but reasonable strategy:
- "That will never work."
- "We have no precedent or blockchain involved. Get off my spreadsheet."
- "We don’t have the bandwidth for this right now."
- "You’re expecting stories?"
Actionable Creativity with Technical Tooling
- Platforms onchain, offchain, digital, or at home should welcome and serve better the future that fixes current problems.
- Explorable infrastructure provides individuals or a whole team a platform to reimagine role, company and legacy.
- You expect creativity to emerge naturally within the platform constraints, not engineered in.

The Role: Head of Channels & Alliances
Introduction
If you've previously built a channel programme from the ground up (rather than inheriting or managing an existing one), if you're drawn to taking ownership of every aspect beyond the blank page, and you can demonstrate measurable results in such an environment, then this role is for you.
BlueOptima operates in one of the most relationship-dependent buying ecosystems in enterprise software: CTOs and executives of AI-driven banks and enterprises.
Our succession from inbound sales strength to expanded high-trust channels requires someone who can collaborate without relying solely on an existing pipeline, cultivate proven trusted partners, and posses an innate understanding of enterprise environment sales dynamics.

Key Duties & Expectations

Platform Build & Commercial Structuring
- Create partner programme architecture: defining ideal partner profiles, commercial models, co-sell mechanics, and agreement templates.
- Analyze and stress-test margin structures and fine-tune referral-fee frameworks in collaboration with the CFO.

Partner Recruitment & Coordination
- Expand partnerships through targeted outreach to identify and recruit regional and multi-regional systems integrators (SIs) with entrenched connections within the target accounts.
- Secure collaborations with complementary SaaS vendors.

Reputation and Partnerships Enablement
- Deliver training and resources for partners to facilitate confident positioning of BlueOptima products without delegating every deal to internal sales.
- Build a deep working relationship with BlueOptima’s account executives to ensure seamless, trusted co-selling mechanisms.

Pipeline & Marketplace Transparency
- Maintain full visibility and weekly/quarterly accountability in the partner pipeline (tracked within HubSpot).
- Present a compelling forecast to our CRO, ensuring pipeline growth aligns with business goals.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 years' in enterprise-level B2B alliance and channel sales—with proven ownership of developing channels from scratch.
- Successful partner-generated pipeline accountability, with data-backed results to reveal.
- Ability to distinguish between signing deal agreements and establishing active revenue relationships—your focus should solely be on catalyzing the latter.

What We Are Not Looking For
- Channel experience stemming primarily from managing an existing partner base without significant growth from an established base—smaller startups seeking scalability need a fresh, focus-driven mindset.
- Reseller environments in SMB tech demand (look towards larger institutional partnerships based on governance specificity). Buyer ecosystems here are deliberate, progressive and resolution-focused.
Success Metrics
- Your achievements during your tenure can be affirmative quantifiable second-by-second: from defining a commercial framework within 60 days deemed pivotal by senior leadership (CRO/CFO).
- Within half-year, strategically sculpting a portfolio yielding collaborative co-sell alignment while securing channel presence.
- By year-end, achieving a transparent influenceable pipeline that direct sales desirefully involves.
This performance printout translates into not only professional acknowledgement as Head of Channels & Alliances but also building a professional reputation for further leadership growth towards similar high-trust execution roles.
